Janie’s Bridals I Salt Lake City Wedding Photographer

[intro]Janie and Rich are one of those couples that have been together forever. We asked her to tell us about their history! Hope you enjoy reading about their love story as you check out her bridal session.[/intro]

“So this will be interesting as I don’t recall some of the answers to the questions! It’s been 17 years since we met so I’ll answer the ones that I can remember.

We met at the 7/11 by Highland High School when I was 18 years old and he was 18. I was a Freshman in college. He was a senior in Highschool. Janie was robbin’ the cradle!
My first thoughts were: I will date that guy. I was instantly attracted to him. Probably because he was the “bad boy” back then. And I liked that
Can’t remember who said I love you first…. But I would venture to guess it was me??
First Date: Again, can’t really recall, however, we mostly just hung out with our friends. Not a lot of “real” dates back then.
First kiss was at my house on Kensington Ave. And after the kiss, I was in love
I knew he was the one when after about 7 years apart, he was determined to make things work. We both had some changing and growing up to do and we weren’t ready for marriage the first time around. I knew that we had both come so far in our lives and the fact that Rich knew exactly what he wanted and wasn’t going to give up easily made me realize that he was the one for me. We kept coming back to each other in our lives. Those reunions made me realize that he kept coming back in to my life for a reason.”
