Kiery & Josh: Engaged

[intro]Kiery & Josh are such a fantastic couple. They’re spontaneous and fun-loving! We had such a great time at their engagement session. You’ve got to read about how they met and fell in love and see their some of their cute photos:[/intro]

How did you guys meet?

My friend and his friend met online and then when we all started to hang out, he and I just hit it off. 

First thoughts about one another after you met?

I thought she was really kind and attractive. 

The first time we saw each other was at church and I loved how he looked in his three piece suit.

Tell us about your first date:

We went to DI and picked out some clothes from my favorite time period (the fifties) and then went to the BYU museum of art. He pushed me around in my wheel chair the whole time. I had just gotten surgery done on my feet.

Tell us about your first kiss:

It was one of the few times I stood up from my wheel chair and probably the longest 😉 I knew he wanted to kiss me but he wasn’t, so I stood up and told him to kiss me! It was out side after we had just made some cobbler, by coal ember light. Which is so much more romantic than firelight by the way! 

How did you know he/she was the one?

I prayed about it and I just knew. 

When I couldn’t imagine myself happier with anyone else. 

How did he propose?

He took me to Tucanos, took me to all of the significant places in our relationship (where we first met, first kiss, etc.), and then to the spot where he realized he was supposed to marry me (which conveniently happened to be a park). Then he proposed! 

What are the top 5 things you love about each other?

Her smile, her light heartedness, her kindness, her care for me and her beautiful face. 

His hair, his face, his build, his selfless attitude, and his loyalty.
