“As a gentleman you may not be surprised to hear that I think spending money on wedding stuff is sort of dumb. I still do hold that opinion for everything except a wedding photographer! The photos from our wedding are the main things we have to look back and remember that amazing day. I think photos are really the only thing you should be spending money on! As for Melissa at Moxie Photography she is incredible. She took the stress of all the wedding (and pre-wedding) photography off my wife which gave us (okay, mostly her) time to worry about the other wedding details. Melissa is a great photographer! She made us feel very comfortable and happy so our photos ended up looking very natural but also very great quality. We received a lot of flack about hiring a photographer as opposed to using a “family friend” or “cousin” witha nice camera. Your mother-in-law will try and convince you to do it I promise! However, my wife and I do not regret hiring Melissa one bit. Our photos turned out beautifully and her service is outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with Melissa and Moxie Photography.
